Advantages and disadvantages
The approach to families with small children is highly detailed — there are nannies, sterilizers, and designated children’s areas in the restaurants. Service is personalized — each guest is assigned an assistant via the mobile app. The Dine Around program allows guests to dine at restaurants across the entire resort, not just within the hotel. The atmosphere in the Porto area is calm — there are no loud evening activities, but guests can visit other parts of Sani for shows. The service level is high — all requests are handled promptly.
Some restaurants require booking several days in advance — without a reservation, it’s difficult to get in during the evening. All additional services — from water sports to massages — are available at an extra charge, even for children. The airport is almost 1.5 hours away, and the transfer is not included in the rate. In some rooms, the terraces are not fully private — neighbors may be very close, which reduces the sense of seclusion.
